LACROSSE PLAYERS


In the world of lacrosse, the athlete has to be in constant motion on the field. When recognizing the crucial moment to take the ball away from the opponent, they must use speed to accelerate and scoop up the loose ball.



BASKETBALL AND TENNIS


Basketball and tennis are both played on a court. These athletes use a myriad  of powerful stop and go movement. This is done by improving the speed of movement proficiency.



FOOTBALL


The 40-yard dash, 20-yard shuttle, 60-yard shuttle, 3-cone drill. These are just some of the VERY IMPORTANT drills that football coaches and scouts use to find the best and most talented players. Each of these drills come down to one factor: SPEED
